Classes & Events
All classes are from 6:30PM-7:30PM and are a guided tasting experience. Come ready to try some fun pairings and pick up a little cheese knowledge while you’re at it. We love to talk cheese, so we highly encourage participation and whatever cheese questions you may have. The cheese case will be open after class for purchasing any cheeses at 10% off for class attendees.
1/29 at 6:30 PM! Come ready to eat the best cookies you’ve ever had in your life… for real! Wild Woman Bakery is a sourdough genius! If you can manage to snag her cookies at the Fayetteville Farmers Market, then you know what’s up. We love HER more than her cookies, just sayin’. Tonight we will be pairing 4 of her favorite cookies paired with 8 cheeses, and 4 beverages to compliment.
2/12 at 6:30 PM! All of the best things in life in one place, paired expertly and in the best way! We will be featuring 8 cheeses paired with 4 chocolates and 4 fun bubblies to compliment. Bring your friend, your lover, your momma, everyone loves chocolate, cheese, and bubbles!
On 1/16 at 6:30pm we want to welcome you to the first of our Friday Night Dinner series featuring 3 cheese-centric courses! We are only releasing 12 tickets to this curated family style dinner prepared by our chef/owner Brooks Cameron! If you’ve had his food, you know you’re in for a real treat. Ticket price does not include wine, but we will have wine pairings available for $45 or you are welcome to purchase a bottle or wine by the glass.
We are excited to feature Slouch Hat Winery for this wine and cheese tasting! Matt Fowler, the owner of Slouch Hat, grew up in NWA and has a special place in his heart for us Arkansas folks!! This is not to be missed! We will have 4 exquisite wines paired with 8 cheeses. “Slouch Hat Wines was created to bottle the feeling of relaxation that only a picturesque vineyard can provide after a long day of work. Since we can’t all end the day overlooking the vineyard, we work to bring it to you. Therefore, we allow our grapes to grow in the vineyard to be true expressions of the Santa Ynez Valley. In the winery we take a light-handed approach to craft wines with soul, dynamic aromatics, depth of fruit, and structure that stays true to the terroir’s influence.”

On 1/15 at 6:30 PM we will. be featuring a cheese and tinned fish pairing that will knock your socks off! There will be 4 fun wines paired alongside to compliment the adventurous pairings. We can’t wait!
