Classes & Events

All classes are from 6:30PM-7:30PM and are a guided tasting experience. Some of the other events will vary with start time, so be sure to take note! Come ready to try some fun pairings and pick up a little cheese knowledge while you’re at it. We love to talk cheese, so we highly encourage participation and whatever cheese questions you may have. The cheese case will be open after class for purchasing any cheeses.

We are thrilled to announce the first of out Steak & Slice dinner series! This dinner is featuring a 3 course meal with an optional steak or pasta add on! Chef Brooks is at it again doing what he does best, and we couldn’t be more excited! We will have some fun Steak & Slice wine bottle pairings available for purchase, in addition to our BTG list, and other beer and bottle options available. We will also have some fun appetizers available for add-ons the night of the dinner!

HOW DOES THIS WORK? The $45 ticket price comes with your 3 course meal. If you’d like to add on steak or pasta, choose the option in the dropdown tab. These add on items will be charged the night of the dinner, but will let our chef know what to prepare for you!

1: Salad course (house or caesar)

2: Pizza al Taglio - 8 shareable slices (3 options - including a cheese, meat or veggie option - you can choose this the night of!)

3: Dessert - this will be a surprise!

Optional Add ons:

$100 - 32 oz Rib Steak (serves 2-4)

$20 - Pasta special for 2

On 3/27 at 6:30 pm We are thrilled to be teaming up with Vincent Thébaud from V for Wine, guest of Vino - to bring you a duck-centric 5 course meal created by our favorite Chef Brooks! There will be 5 wines expertly paired to highlight the incredible flavors that duck brings to the table. 5 different duck preparations, paired with an assortment of cheeses, and an array of surprising flavors. You will be greeted with a glass of sparkling Cremont rosé and an amuse bouche to get your meal started.
