Classes & Events
All classes are from 6:30PM-7:30PM and are a guided tasting experience. Some of the other events will vary with start time, so be sure to take note! Come ready to try some fun pairings and pick up a little cheese knowledge while you’re at it. We love to talk cheese, so we highly encourage participation and whatever cheese questions you may have. The cheese case will be open after class for purchasing any cheeses.
On Monday, 5/4 at 6 pm, we are thrilled to be teaming up with winemaker Lubanzi out of South Africa to bring you an expertly paired 5 course SEAFOOD dinner! We know it’s a Monday, but there’s no better way to start off your week than dining with us and trying this very fun land playful line of wines. Chef Brooks has curated quite the menu and we can’t wait to see you! We will be posting the menu soon!
5/14, 6:30 pm! You’ve seen, you’ve tasted… you want more! This is our launch into summertime! Our best selling and most fun event that we have here in the shop highlights Tyler’s sourdough donuts paired with cheese and an array of exciting beverages. With the changing of the seasons comes new cheese, new donuts, and of course fun new beverage pairings! You won’t want to miss this. If you can’t wake up early to get to the farmer’s market and getcha donuts, this is your chance!!!
You heard correct! Chef Brooks and our bestie, Mitchell Griffith are collaborating on a Portuguese themed Paella dinner! If you frequent our shop, you are no stranger to the delicious wines curated with the help of Mitchell from Arkansas Wine & Spirits (who is a chef by trade in case you didn’t know!!) There will be 4 wines, 4 courses, and so much deliciousness. You won’t want to miss out on this one! With Patio weather upon us, there will likely be patio seat available upon request!
