One thing we love here at Bloom (besides cheese!) is PICKLES! We have been feverishly working away at pickling the last of the summer harvest to use as long as humanly possible. In this class, Chef Brandy is going to explore pickling methods, and how they pair beautifully with cheese! We will also have 4 wines/beers to pair as well.
